Tuscan Tours was created by Gianni Iacovitti, driven by his passion for excellent wines and good food. Together with his brother Aldo, he jointly owns and runs Ristorante Accademia and this manages to pass the majority of his time undertaking those activities which feed his passion: sourcing new wines and cooking marvellous food.
