At Accademia, the aroma of freshly baked bread blends with the rich, comforting notes of sauces slowly simmering on the stove. Gianni’s roots have deeply shaped his restaurant’s culinary identity, creating a menu that brings together two great gastronomic traditions: Tuscan and Abruzzese cuisine.
But there’s more! Gianni’s connection with American culture has inspired some of Accademia’s most iconic dishes, like Chicken Parmesan and Crispy Lasagna, proudly standing alongside true Italian classics such as charcoal-grilled Florentine Steak and handmade pasta.
As for the wine cellar, Gianni personally selects some of the finest Tuscan and Italian labels, offering a wine list that journeys between timeless classics and hidden gems waiting to be discovered.
Following the rhythm of the seasons, the menu features a carefully curated selection of meat and seafood dishes, made with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. You’ll also find artisan pizzas, made with light doughs and top-quality toppings. And to finish on a sweet note, all desserts are homemade, from the timeless tiramisu to the daily specials.
